Terms of Service
The terms that apply to using our website, customer portal, and creditor portal.
Last updated: 26 July 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By visiting this website or creating a customer or creditor portal account with Hunte's Rapid Recovery Debt Solutions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or portal.
2. Who can use the portal
The customer portal is intended for individuals whose account has been placed with us by a creditor. The creditor portal is intended for businesses and organisations authorised to place accounts for recovery. Access to either portal requires a valid account and is limited to the information relevant to that account.
3. Account responsibilities
- Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Provide accurate information when setting up an account or making a payment.
- Use the portal only for its intended purpose — reviewing an account, arranging repayment, or managing placed accounts.
4. Payments
Payments made through the portal are processed by Stripe. By making a payment you agree to Stripe's own terms for processing that transaction. Payment plans and arrangements are subject to approval and may be adjusted if your circumstances change — contact us as early as possible if a scheduled payment is at risk.
5. Creditor placements
Creditors placing accounts with us confirm that the account information provided is accurate and that they are authorised to place the account for recovery. We recover placed accounts through professional, respectful contact consistent with our published recovery principles, and provide reporting on placed accounts through the creditor portal.
6. Communication
Communication about an account is professional and measured. If you believe contact has not met that standard, or if you have a dispute about an account, please contact us so it can be reviewed.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the website and portal available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or unforeseen issues may occasionally limit availability.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or portal after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. [Owner to confirm the specific governing-law clause and dispute-resolution process with a qualified legal advisor.]
10. Contact us
